Order Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter within 60 days of receiving your order.
Lost Orders
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by the shipping carrier, we will either dispatch a replacement at no additional cost to you or offer a full refund.
Cancellations
All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. You can make changes to your order at any time before it goes into production. However, please note that, depending on our production schedule, this could be as soon as two hours or up to twelve hours after placing your order. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel your order, but a replacement may be possible depending on the circumstances. Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable.
Returns
Your item is eligible for return under the following conditions:

The printed image is unclear.

The printed image is not centered on the shirt.

The received package is incorrect.

The item is damaged during delivery.

The item is not the correct size, color, or style as ordered.

Any other mistakes made by us.
If your product has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or through our website with a photo of the received product, including detailed shots if necessary. Our customer service team will review the issue. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.
For all other return requests, please email us at [email protected]. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Unauthorized returns, or returns of washed, worn, or damaged items, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Refunds
If your item qualifies for a refund (as outlined in the Return Policy), we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase.
Please note that, as the refund is a reversal of the original payment, it will be refunded using the same method. This is the quickest and most secure way to process your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing delay before refunds appear in your account. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
All products undergo a quality control check before being shipped. However, if there is an issue with your product upon opening the package, please notify us by sending a picture and your order number via email.
The following issues are eligible for a replacement:

Once the issue is verified, we will send you a replacement product at no charge. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the size if the product was made according to your request. In case of receiving an incorrect size compared to your order, please refer to the size guide provided on our website for assistance.
